Your Dentures2you dental practitioner will consult with you during your appointment regarding our valued products and services.
An initial Consultation Fee of $80.00 is required on the day of service, you will be provided with a thorough oral and denture examination and treatment plan for your “Proposed Denture or Mouth Guard Services”. We request this fee to be paid on the day of your Consultation and you are not at any time obligated to proceed with our services once your treatment plan is completed, unless you choose to do so.
Upon commencement of any denture service, Dentures2you policy is to receive a “Consent of Treatment Part Payment” for your denture treatment and services, you will be inform you of your obligation at this time.
